2.2. Subscription Services

  • Cancellation: Subscription-based services can be canceled within 14 days of the initial charge for a refund. After this period, no refunds will be provided, but you can cancel your subscription to avoid future charges.

2.3. Custom Projects

  • Design and Development: Refunds for custom design and development projects (e.g., web design, graphic design) are not provided once work has started. If you are dissatisfied with the work, please contact us to resolve the issue or discuss adjustments.

Once custom work is completed according to the client's specifications, it is considered non-refundable.

  • Before Service Commencement: You may cancel a service before it begins and receive a full refund. Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date.
  • After Service Commencement: Cancellations after the service has commenced may not be eligible for a refund. However, we will work with you to address any concerns.
